There are a number of river boats on the Thames - including the Thames Clipper which is a commuter service. Very comfortable and a great way to see London from another perspective

The London Aquarium
The London Aquarium is right next to the London Eye on the south bank of the Thames. It is very child-friendly and was an enjoyable family experience for all of us...don't miss the shark feedings!

Hampton Court Palace
They're celebrating Henry VIII's accession to the throne this year, so have a lot of Tudor themed events on here.
